I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2007 and subsequently pursued residency training in Family Medicine, drawn by the specialty’s intellectual breadth and variety of clinical challenges. After completing residency in southwestern Pennsylvania, my family and I relocated to Abilene, Texas, to fulfill a military scholarship obligation.

My clinical experience includes service in the military and nearly a decade operating a private family medicine practice in a rural region with limited specialty access (2014–2023). These experiences broadened my clinical responsibilities and encouraged me to adopt a more expansive approach to patient care beyond the traditional disease-focused model. I have managed patients with complex, chronic conditions—including chronic Lyme disease, chronic mold exposure, autoimmune thyroid disease, inflammatory bowel disease, cancer, and renal failure—many of whom sought integrative or alternative therapies that were not readily available locally. Meeting those needs required ongoing self-directed learning and adaptation of new modalities.

Following a period of professional reflection and additional training, I completed formal coursework in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and pursued advanced education in aging, longevity, and hormonal therapies through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I now provide advanced wellness and longevity care via telemedicine to patients in Texas and Florida.
